Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.

How do I track my order?

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We fully insure all shipments. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, and we'll resolve it quickly.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we'll update the address. Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes via USPS. Note that express shipping may not be available for PO box addresses.
