We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your FrictionForm purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
Three simple steps to process your return
Email us at returns@frictionform.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Pack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and ship to the address we provide. Keep your tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

- Damaged items (with photos provided)
- Used or installed products (except defects)

Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a defective product, we'll cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement or full refund—your choice. We take quality seriously and want to make this right.
Refund Timeline
When to expect your money back
Return Received
We inspect your return within 1-2 business days of receiving it at our facility. You'll get an email confirming we received your package.
Refund Processed
Once approved, we immediately process your refund to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Funds Available
Your bank or credit card company typically takes 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account. This timing is controlled by your financial institution.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges, but here's what we recommend:
- Return your original order following our standard return process
- Place a new order for the item you want instead
- Use code EXCHANGE10 for 10% off your replacement order
